Located on the luxury gated Kissimmee resort community of Windsor Hills, is this privately owned 5 bedroom Orlando vacation villa. It features a west-facing pool and spa, heated free of charge for our guests, an air-conditioned games room, a complimentary gas BBQ grill and is just a 3 minute drive to the resort facilities. At the clubhouse you will find a 40 seat cinema, modern gym, video games arcade with ping pong and pool tables and a computer room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, kids water park, and a castle play area. There are also tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts for guest looking for a friendly match. Just over a mile from your villa is a large Walmart on Old Lake Wilson Road, ideal for grabbing drinks and snacks for those lazy, sunny days at you very own pool and spa. Minutes from your villa is the US192, which is home to hundreds of restaurants, offering everything from pizza to burgers, sushi to tacos. Disney World is just 10-15 minutes from your villa and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can watch the daily fireworks displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 25-30 minutes away and has unique and exciting locations and experiences for your family to explore. Jaw dropping rides are at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being reached with a 20-25 minute drive. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, while SeaWorld has the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, both found just 15-20 minutes away.
Unpack and relax as soon as you enter this privately owned vacation villa. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is to the right of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils required to make delicious meals during your stay. The breakfast bar, as well as additional table offer great spots to enjoy coffee or tea before you make your way to Orlando’s most popular attractions. The centrally located dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal before playing board games all evening. The family lounge is at the rear with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and doors allowing easy in-and-out access to the west-facing pool and spa.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor at the back left of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Disney Villain-themed Bedroom 3 is upstairs and at the left with a King-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has a Lilo and Stitch-theme and Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is back on the ground floor and to the right, it has a Star Wars-theme and Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can relax and watch their preferred programme.
Head to the air-conditioned games room to find entertainment in the form of a pool table, table football, an arcade game and a flatscreen TV. More entertainment is just a 3 minute drive from your villa, at the resort facilities. At the clubhouse, you will find a heated swimming pool, a kid’s water park, a hot tub and a castle play area. Inside the clubhouse is a 40 seat cinema, a modern gym, a video games arcade and a computer room, as well as ping-pong and pool tables. For guests wanting to remain active, there are also beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.
After a day of exploring Orlando, unwind at your very own west-facing pool and spa, both heated free of charge for our guests. While your kids gain confidence in the water, enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa, before laying back to top up your tan in the Florida sunshine. When our inspectors visited it, they said: Very nice spacious 5 bedroom villa on Windsor Hills. The home is tastefully decorated with Disney themes. The home has a very nice air-conditioned game room and a well-maintained west-facing pool and spa area with plenty of dining space. The home has ample dining space indoors as well with a very well equipped kitchen. All of the bedding is comfortable, clean and well maintained.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am. After hours noise and disturbances should be reported to Osceola Sheriff's Non-Emergency department and they will be pleased to assist. The contact number is 407-348-2222
