The popular US192 is a few miles north of the community and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, enough to satisfy all budgets, tastes or dietary requirements. Theme park fans will want to start enjoying rides and rollercoasters as quickly as possible, Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 25-30 minutes. Universal Resorts, which includes Volcano Bay water park and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is a 30-35 minute drive along the I-4 Highway.

As soon as you walk through the front door you will know that you have made the right decision and you can start to relax as soon as you unpack your suitcases. At the front of the villa is a large lounge area with enough comfy seats for everybody to gather and enjoy fun evenings laughing and joking as you talk about your adventures. Close to this lounge area is a pool table so you can play in air-conditioned comfort, no matter how heated the competition gets. Continuing through the villa, the modern kitchen is next, and this has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you are likely to need, as well as a breakfast bar for 2 people. Behind the kitchen, and close to windows overlooking the pool deck, is the large family dining table, a great place to sit and play board games together once the dishes have been cleared away. The main family lounge is adjacent to this and has ample comfy seating in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. A third lounge area is upstairs, and this is where the teenagers might want to claim as their own lounge for the holiday, it has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV and games console.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, it also has a west-facing balcony, a great place to sit and enjoy a late night drink once the kids have gone to bed or an early morning coffee without disturbing the rest of the family. Next to this is Bedroom 2 with a King-size bed and doors to the same balcony. Bedroom 3 is the only one on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs bathroom that is close to the pool deck. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front and has Twin beds and is decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests. Bedroom 5 has Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the upstairs lounge area.
If guests have energy left after a day at the parks, they can head to the games room and play endless games of table football, table tennis and air hockey before shooting a few hoops on the basketball game. As previously mentioned, there is also a pool table close to the front lounge that benefits from being in an air-conditioned part of the house for player comfort. The community facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area and are 15 minutes’ walk away if you fancy taking a stroll through the neighbourhood.
