The villa has an awesome pool deck with stunning views and privacy hedges to both sides, lots of space and outdoor furniture and your very own private saltwater pool and spa. The games room has a pool table and table tennis to provide entertainment out of the sun. The community facilities, including a tennis court and outdoor swimming pool, are about a 7 minute stroll from this villa. The US192, with a wide selection of American restaurants to tempt your taste buds, is a few miles north of here and Berry Town Center, just a 10 minute walk through the community, has a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of restaurants and take-aways. From Highlands Reserve, Disney World can be reached in as little as 20 minutes, SeaWorld is about 25 minutes away and Universal Resorts will take about half an hour.
This spacious villa has 3 separate living areas, giving everybody the space they need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of their normal everyday lives, and yet still come together to spend quality time with each other. The first small lounge area is at the front of the villa and has a comfy sofa and a large flatscreen TV. The next lounge area has a loveseat and armchairs and overlooks the front garden, the perfect spot to sit and read your favourite novel. The main lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating around a flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sunshine on the pool deck. The kitchen is adjacent to this last lounge and has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you could possibly need. The breakfast bar, with 4 stools, is a great place to sit and chat over drinks and snacks throughout the day. A nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck and is perfect for tea and toast each morning.
The Main bedroom has a King-size bed, seating, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, across the other side of the lounge, has a King-size bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own TV, making those relaxing holiday mornings in bed that much more enjoyable.
Head to the games room for some friendly fun and competition as you challenge each other to games of pool or table tennis. If you fancy something different then head to the community facilities, 7 minutes' walk away, to make use of the tennis court, swimming pool and play area for small children with swings and slides.
The extended pool deck area, with private pool and spa, has a large undercover dining area with a table big enough for everybody, additional seating and loungers, and privacy hedging to both sides as well as a peaceful woodland scene and views of the golf course to the rear. For added convenience, access to the family bathroom can be gained from the pool deck. Please note that this is a saltwater pool, every bit as safe as a normal chlorinated pool but beneficial for guests with skin problems such as Eczema or Psoriasis and will also help alleviate any joint or muscle pain you might have and speed up recovery from any previous injuries. If these issues are not a concern for you, then you can still benefit from splashing around in the pool and being left with rejuvenated muscles and softer skin!
