The community facilities are at the centre of Highlands Reserve, a couple of minutes away from here by car or a 20 minute stroll if you want to walk through the quiet neighbourhood. These amenities include a tennis court, children’s play area and an outdoor swimming pool. The fun and excitement of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away from here. Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, is 35-40 minutes from your villa, with 4 unique locations waiting to thrill your family. Universal Resorts will take 35-40 minutes to reach and this is where you can find The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Berry Town Center is a 10-12 minute walk away from your villa and has a Publix supermarket as well as a selection of family restaurants and take-aways, including a British bar renowned for its fish and chips. The lively US192 is a few miles north of Highlands Reserve and has hundreds of restaurants to choose from, serving everything from burgers to burritos, steaks to seafood and pizza to pancakes!
This comfortable home from home will help you and your family relax so that you can make the most out of your time here in Florida. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen that has all the necessary equipment and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday as well as a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. At the front of the villa is a small lounge area with comfy seating, windows overlooking the garden and a flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is at the rear of the villa and has windows overlooking the pool area. This lounge also has comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to sit in comfort and watch their choice of programme. Close to the front lounge is a dining table with seating for 4 people, a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. A second dining table sits between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool, a perfect place for tea and toast each morning as you sit and make plans for the day ahead.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa on the left, it has a King-size bed, large en-suite bathroom and a door leading out to the balcony shared with Bedroom 2 which also has a King-size bed. This balcony can also be accessed via a spiral staircase from the pool deck and has an awning for sun and rain protection and a dining table, making it a peaceful place to sit and enjoy late night drinks once the kids have gone to bed. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed, this room is next to the downstairs bathroom. Bedroom 4, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 5, at the front on the right, has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit everybody.
Head to the games room and practice your trick shots or hone your ball-potting skills on the pool table before taking on other family members for a few games. The community facilities, 3 minutes away by car, are available for all guests to enjoy and include a swimming pool, tennis court and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
The peaceful pool deck has a covered dining area, a swimming pool and a spiral staircase leading to the balcony shared between Bedrooms 1 and 2.
