This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the Clermont community of Glenbrook. It features a private pool, a games room and is a 11 minute walk from the community facilities, which include a swimming pool, gym, pool table, air hockey, ping-pong table and children’s play area, as well as a beach volleyball and tennis courts for guests looking to remain active. Within a mile of your villa is a family restaurant, as well as a couple of other independent choices while a few miles south on the US27 is the bustling US192, home to hundreds of dining options. Nearby are a Walmart and a Publix supermarket, great places to get drinks and snacks for days relaxing around the pool. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is where you can meet Mickey Mouse and friends at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Find more excitement by visiting Orlando’s newest theme park - Epic Universe, which is home to 4 unique worlds waiting to be explored, as well as exciting rollercoasters. More jaw dropping rides can be found at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, 35-40 minutes’ drive from your villa. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or visit SeaWorld to encounter penguins and sharks, both 30-35 minutes away.
Kick off your shoes and relax as you enter this open-plan vacation villa. The kitchen is located to the left-hand side of the villa and has all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals, while the breakfast bar offers the perfect place to have tea and toast before you head out to visit Orlando’s popular attractions. The nearby dining table is a great place to enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. To the rear of the villa is the main family lounge with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool. At the front of the villa is a second family lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, helpful if there are guests not wanting to miss their favourite programme.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa with a Queen-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door to the pool. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Nearby are Bedrooms 3 and 4, which both have Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. Every room in this vacation villa comes equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
At the front of the villa is the games room, where you can play a game of pool or table football against your family while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV.
