The community facilities are just 3 minutes away by car, or 15-20 minutes on foot, and guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area. Berry Town Center is also a few minutes’ drive away and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping and a nice selection of family restaurants and take-aways, including a popular British pub renowned for its fish and chips! The lively US192 is a few miles north of Highlands Reserve and has hundreds more dining options, taking care of all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. The fun and magic of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away from Highlands Reserve, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove reachable in as little as half an hour. Epic Universe - Orlando's newest theme park, can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has exciting experiences for you to try. Universal Resorts, a popular destination that includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is just 35-40 minutes away via the I-4 Highway.
This traditional family villa is the perfect base for families coming to Florida to explore everything on offer here. With a centrally placed kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 3 people being an ideal place for a coffee and a natter! The nearby dining table is a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The lounge area, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is closer to the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the right-hand side of the villa, separated by a bathroom, and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit guests of any age or gender. All bedrooms have a small flatscreen TV, so early nights can be spent watching your favourite TV programme until you drift off to sleep.
The games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table and a table football game. The community facilities, a 3 minute drive from here, include a tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and children’s play area with swings, slides and climbing frames.
