Disney World theme parks are just 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove approximately half an hour’s drive away from here. Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe, could take as little as 35-40 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. Restaurant offerings for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements can be found along the lively US192 which is just a couple of miles north of Highlands Reserve or take a short 15-20 minute stroll to Berry Town Center, avoiding main roads, to discover a selection of family restaurants and take away options including a popular British pub renowned for its fish and chips!
This traditional family villa has plenty of space to help you and your family relax and forget about the chaos of your normal everyday lives. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets required for a self-catering holiday. The breakfast bar has seating for 4 people and is the perfect spot to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. The small breakfast table overlooks the pool deck and is ideal for tea and toast each morning as you start working out your plans for the day ahead. At the front of the villa is a more formal dining table, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge is next to the kitchen and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease.
The Main bedroom is on the left of the villa at the back and has a King-size bed, seating, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 2, another room with a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4, at the back of the villa on the right, has a Queen-size bed and this room is next to a family bathroom that leads to the pool area. Bedroom 5 is nearby and has been furnished with Twin beds, this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 6, another Twin-bedded room. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV, allowing everybody to continue watching their favourite programme if they decide to have an early night after a busy day.
The community facilities are available for all guests to enjoy and can be found in the centre of Highlands Reserve, a 13 minute stroll away from here. These amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings and slides.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls you can return to your villa for some well-deserved rest and relaxation. The large, covered dining area, private pool and spa and west-facing scenic views over conservation land will help you recharge your batteries and enjoy Florida sunshine. The family bathroom next to Bedroom 4 has direct access to the pool area to avoid any trips through the house with wet feet.
