The large open-plan layout has been designed with families in mind to help you get the most out of your time here in Florida. Just inside the front door to the right hand side is the formal lounge with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV, a great place to curl up with a good book or watch a movie with a loved one. The large modern kitchen is in the middle of the villa and has the appliances, equipment and utensils to meet all culinary needs and a convenient breakfast bar with 3 seats. A formal dining table with 8 chairs is between the kitchen and doors leading to the pool deck, this is a great spot for meals or evening fun playing games and chatting. The main family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is adjacent to the kitchen and has comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the sunny pool area. Upstairs is a home cinema room with a large comfy corner sofa and wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The extremely large Main bedroom is upstairs on the right and has a King-size bed, balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the upstairs games room area and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds and has been decorated in a Disney theme. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor, to the left of the family lounge, and has a Queen-size bed, this is close to Bedroom 5 which has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style to suit everybody. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so there is no reason why anybody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
The first games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with air hockey, table tennis and table football. The second games room area is upstairs and has a pool table and flatscreen TV so you can enjoy a few games in air-conditioned comfort. The resort facilities, 2 minutes’ walk from here, include a heated swimming pool and spa, well-equipped gym, games room, volleyball court, TV lounge, BBQ area and fishing lake.
After exhausting days at Florida’s attractions, return to your villa for some rest and relaxation and spend time with your family on the pool deck which has a natural lake view to the rear.
