Community facilities can be reached with a 3 minute walk and feature an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a children’s play area. Near to Highlands Reserve is Berry Town Center which has a Publix supermarket and a selection of family friendly restaurants for you to try out. For an even wider choice, head a couple of miles north on the US27 to find the US192 turning, where you will find hundreds of dining options to suit all budgets and cravings. Disney World is close and can be reached with just a 20-25 minute drive. Here you can meet Mickey Mouse at Magic Kingdom, taste food from around the world at Epcot and watch the Fantasmic! show at Hollywood Studios. Also make sure to visit Universal Resorts, which include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 35-40 minutes from your villa. Epic Universe can be reached in 35-40 minutes and is where you can go from exploring Mushroom Kingdom to casting spells in Paris, before soaring through Isle of Berk on dragon-themed rides based on How to Train Your Dragon. Celestial Park serves as the central hub, featuring the dual-launch coaster Starfall Racers. Further excitement can be found by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or meeting penguins at SeaWorld, both reached with just a 30-35 minute drive.
Inside the front door to the left is the formal dining table seating the whole family, a great place to enjoy an evening of laughing and chatting once the dishes have been cleared away. Adjacent to the formal dining area is a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a loveseat, the ideal spot to sit and relax together or to read your favourite novel. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the pots and pans and gadgets you might need is next and has a breakfast bar seating 2 people, the ideal place to start your day. The kitchen overlooks the main family lounge which has a modern corner sofa, flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck and the sunshine outside.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the formal dining area and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds and is decorated and furnished in a style suitable for all guests. Each bedroom has its own TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.
Guests with excess energy could head to the games room in the garage to play a few games of pool or table tennis against each other to find out who the best player is. If you fancy a game of tennis then the community facilities, 3 minutes walk from here, include a court as well as an outdoor swimming pool and children's play area with swings and slides.
The large west-facing pool deck, with views of the golf course and woodland to the rear of the villa, has plenty of seating options for everybody and a covered dining area so you sit out here enjoying the glorious weather.
