Let this privately owned vacation villa be a home from home during your visit to Orlando. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils you will need to cook delicious meals for your family. The breakfast bar is a great spot to start your morning with tea and toast, or enjoy a chilled drink while dinner is being prepared. Just to the right of the kitchen is a formal dining table with doors leading to the south-facing pool. Enjoy a meal here and then play board games all evening. Another dining table is located next to the second lounge should more seating be needed. The main lounge is to the back left of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool, so you can watch your favourite movies while you keep an eye on your kids as they play in the water. A second lounge is centrally located in the villa, perfect for curling up with a book or having a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa and has a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and is the only bedroom upstairs. Back downstairs and to the left is Bedroom 3, which has a King-size bed while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds. The Princess-themed Bedroom 5 is to the front right of the villa with Twin beds, while Bedroom 6 is to the front left with Bunk beds.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room at the front of the villa where you will find a pool table. For further entertainment, walk just 5 minutes to reach the community facilities which include children’s play areas, as well as tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts.
After a day of exploring the nearby attractions and tourist hotspots, recharge your batteries by your very own south-facing private pool. With fences on all sides providing good privacy, you can enjoy a swim before laying back to dry off and top up your tan in the Florida sunshine.
