It is on the Highlands Reserve community in Davenport, popular with thousands of returning guests each year. The community facilities are just a 10 minute walk away and include a tennis court and swimming pool for guests to access. The US192 is 3 miles north of this community and has hundreds of famous American restaurants you might want to try, or Berry Town Center, a 4-5 minute drive away, offers a British bar, Publix supermarket and a selection of family restaurants and take-aways. Disney World can be reached in about 20 minutes from Highlands Reserve, SeaWorld in about 25 and Universal is about half an hours’ drive away. Epic Universe, just 35-40 minutes’ drive from here, will transport you into the heart of stories you know and love. Expect Super Nintendo World with Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, and a Wizarding World set in a magical Paris. How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk offers interactive dragon rides for all ages. At the heart is Celestial Park, with tranquil gardens, water displays, and the Starfall Racers coaster.
Just inside the front door to the right-hand side is a formal lounge with a comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden, an ideal place to sit and relax with a good book away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Near to this is the formal family dining table with seating for 6 people, a great place to enjoy an evening of fun playing cards or board games after dinner. Continuing through the villa to the right-hand side is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and gadgets you might need and a dining table with 6 seats overlooking the pool deck, a perfect spot for breakfast each morning. To the left of the kitchen is the main family lounge with ample comfy sofas for everyone, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. Upstairs is a third lounge area, again with comfy seating and another TV, in case viewing preferences differ or you want to sit with a loved one and relax.
The spacious Main bedroom is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the far right of the landing upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom downstairs, it is to the right of the rear lounge and has a Queen-size bed and window overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 4 is in the middle of the landing upstairs and has Twin beds, the Minions-themed Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and also has Twin beds. There is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite TV show, each bedroom has its own flatscreen television.
This villa has one of the best games rooms on Highlands Reserve, it is nicely decorated and has been equipped with air hockey, table football, pool table, wall-mounted TV and ceiling fans. The community tennis court, swimming pool and children’s play area is just 10 minutes’ walk away through the neighbourhood.
The west-facing pool deck, with a good degree of privacy to each side and beautiful views of the community golf course to the rear of the property, has a good-sized private pool and a relaxing spa, a covered area as well as an outdoor dining table seating 6 people, the perfect place to come back home to at the end of a busy day and recharge your batteries.
