Universal Resorts, approximately 30-35 minutes from here, is home to Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! is close to Sunset Walk on the US192 and can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes. Your nearest restaurants can be found at Berry Town Center, 2-3 minutes’ drive away, which is where you will also find a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping. A greater selection of restaurants and take-aways line both sides of the bustling US192, a few miles north of the community.
This nicely decorated and furnished villa is filled with natural light flowing in from the many windows on all sides of the property. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen area on the left which has modern appliances and all the equipment and gadgets you will need if you decide to cook dinner for your family. The breakfast bar has 2 stools and is a perfect spot to sit and relax with drinks and snacks throughout the daytime. A small dining table in the kitchen is a great place for tea and toast in the morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. On the other side of the kitchen is a larger dining table, the ideal setting for evening fun playing board games and chatting once the dishes have been cleared away. The main lounge is adjacent to the kitchen and has a comfy sofa, doors leading to the sunny pool deck and a flatscreen TV. Next to the larger dining table is a seating area with a couple of single chairs and a day bed, as well as a window overlooking the swimming pool.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, golf course views and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs at the front of the villa, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor so is perfect for guests that want a little extra privacy, it has a window overlooking the garden, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can, if necessary, be accessed for the hallway. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has been furnished with 2 Double beds, Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back and has Twin beds and the nearby Bedroom 5 has been furnished with Bunk beds. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that nobody has to miss out on watching their choice of programme if they want to have an early night.
Highlands Reserve community facilities are a 15 minute stroll from here, or just 2-3 minutes away by car, and include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings and slides.
The outdoor area has views looking out over the 15th green of the golf course and a private pool so you can enjoy a refreshing dip after long hot days at the theme parks or sit in the water feature adjoining the pool, sipping a cold drink.
