“villa met our needs …”

“We had a pleasant stay overall. The villa met our needs and worked well for what we wanted during our trip. While it wouldn’t be the best villa we’ve stayed in, it was perfectly suitable for our stay. We spoke with the management company and had a really nice conversation with them. We reported a few things, though unfortunately some were beyond their control, such as the local Wi-Fi outage and the cold spell during our visit. They were very quick to respond and arranged for the air conditioning to be sorted the following day, as we were hoping to get a bit of warmth through the AC unit. The villa itself was well equipped for what we needed. We mainly used it as a base, as we had family staying elsewhere and spent most of our time with them. The only thing we would mention is to keep an eye on the kitchen area, as we noticed some tiny black bugs—smaller than ants—around that space. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay. ”

Located on the Clermont community of Glenbrook is this privately owned 4 bedroom Orlando vacation villa which has a northwest-facing private pool, a games room and is just a 3 minute walk to the community facilities. At the clubhouse you will find a gym, a pool table, air hockey and a ping-pong table. Outside is a swimming pool and children’s play area, as well as beach volleyball and tennis courts. Within a mile of your villa a number of restaurants can be found at Cagan Crossings, together with a large Walmart store. Heading south on the US27 will take you to the US192, which hosts hundreds more dining options that you can choose from. Disney World is 20-25 minutes from your villa by car and is home to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, where your family can create unforgettable memories together. Epic Universe is Orlando’s newest theme park and has four unique worlds for you to explore, as well as exciting new rollercoasters for you to try, all 40-45 minutes from your villa. More adrenaline pumping thrills can be found at Universal Resorts with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 35-40 minutes away. Travel 30-35 minutes to reach Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins or get a bird’s eye view of Orlando on the Sky Tower at SeaWorld.

Living Accommodation:
The kitchen is centrally located; with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar and nearby table are a great place to start your morning with tea and toast, before you head out for a day of exploring all of Orlando’s famous attractions. The family lounge, with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, is towards the right of the villa, while a nearby door leads to the northwest-facing pool, so you can watch your favourite movies while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water.
Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed, door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door leading to the pool. Bedroom 2 is towards the left of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are towards the front left of the villa and each have Twin beds, as well as being decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so everybody gets the chance to relax in comfort and watch their favourite programmes as they prepare for bed.
Entertainment:
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room located to the left of the villa. Inside is air hockey, table football and a Skee-ball game, as well as sofa seating, so those waiting for their turn can watch and cheer from the sidelines. More entertainment can be found by walking just 3 minutes to the nearby community facilities. These include a swimming pool, a gym, pool table, air hockey and ping-pong table. There is also a children’s play area, as well as tennis and beach volleyball courts for guests looking to keep active.
Outdoor Living:
After a day of visiting Orlando’s theme parks, recharge your batteries at your very own northwest-facing private pool. With fences to the rear providing good privacy, you can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, before laying back and drying off under the Florida sunshine. A door leading the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom ensures there are no wet footprints left throughout the villa. Enjoy a chilled drink or an alfresco meal at the poolside dining table, where you can also chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.

Glenbrook is a small peaceful community close to Disney that offers a mixture of family villas from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Many of our private villas have games rooms, your own pool and spa, south or west-facing lake views and plenty of space for the whole family. All of Orlando's attractions, including Disney World and Universal, can be reached in as little as 20 minutes. A wide selection of shops and restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive. Community facilities include a swimming pool, gym and kid's play area.
