Challenge other family members to games of pool or table football in the games room, splash around in your own private pool, or make use of the community facilities including the tennis court, outdoor swimming pool or children’s play area which are 10-15 minutes’ walk away. The busy, but extremely popular, US192 is a few miles north of here and everybody will be able to find a restaurant they like out of the hundreds on offer along this road. For something a little closer to home, take a look at Berry Town Center which is a 4-5 minute drive from your villa, it has a British bar, family restaurants and a Publix supermarket. Disney World can be reached in about 20-25 minutes, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe can be be reached in 35-40 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 25-30 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, will take about 30-35 minutes to reach by car.
The kitchen is on the left-hand side of this villa and has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you are likely to need, it also contains a small dining table where guests can sit and look out across the front garden as they enjoy breakfast. Behind the kitchen is the main dining area with a wooden table that overlooks the pool deck, a perfect place for meals or evening fun playing cards or chatting. Near the dining area is the light and airy family lounge with high ceilings, comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV. Doors from here lead directly to the pool deck area so you can easily wander in and out to keep an eye on the youngsters enjoying themselves in the water.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the top of the stairs and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are next to each other and each have been furnished with Twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a Harry Potter-theme, while Bedroom 4 is decorated in a Mickey Mouse-theme. For extra convenience, all bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch the programmes they want to.
Get competitive and start a friendly tournament with your family members in the games room which has been equipped with a pool table and table football game. The community facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area and are just 10-15 minutes’ walk away from this villa.
