This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa close to Disney World is located on the golfing community of Highlands Reserve in Davenport. It has a west-facing private pool, a well-equipped games room and is just a 3 minute drive from the community facilities. Here you will find an outdoor swimming pool, kids play area and a tennis court. Berry Town Center is about a mile away from your villa and has a Publix supermarket where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool. Have dinner at the iHop, Applebee’s or one of the independent restaurants, including a traditional British bar which has regular quiz and karaoke nights. For even more choice, head north on the US27 to find the turning for the US192, home to hundreds of popular restaurants and take-aways. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet all your favourite characters and see the daily parades. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is a 35-40 minute drive from your villa and has exciting and unique locations and experiences for your family to try. More jaw dropping thrills can be found at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 35-40 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has polar bears and penguins, both 30-35 minutes away.
The modern kitchen is to the left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals during your stay. The breakfast bar as well as the nearby breakfast table are great places to start your day with tea or coffee before you head out to explore Orlando. The formal dining table is located to the left of the villa, enjoy a meal here before you play card games once the dishes have been cleared away. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool. Watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the pool. A second lounge is located to the front of the villa with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, helpful for guests who don’t want to miss their favourite programme.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and to the back right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back left and has a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 3 has a King-size bed. Bedroom 4 is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It is located to the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. The Disney-themed Bedroom 5 has Twin beds is back upstairs and to the front right of the villa. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite programmes as they prepare for bed.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the well-equipped games room at the front of the villa. Inside is a pool table, mini ping-pong, air hockey, basketball game and table football. Compete to be villa champion, while guests waiting their turn can watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Drive 3 minutes to reach the community facilities, which include a community swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area.
Spend quality time together at your very own west-facing pool. With scenic views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, you can enjoy a swim before laying back to top up your tan in the Florida sunshine.
