Within a mile of your villa is Berry Town Center, which has a selection of family restaurants including an iHop and Applebee’s, while a mile north of here is where you will find the US192 and hundreds more dining options that it offers. Berry Town Center also has a Publix supermarket, where you can get snacks and drinks for those lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. Disney World, home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is where your family will create unforgettable memories. Epic Universe, Orlando’s newest theme park, can be reached in 35-40 minutes and features 4 exciting worlds to explore, as well as thrilling rollercoasters to experience. More jaw dropping adventures can be found at Universal Resorts which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 35-40 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to drive 30-35 minutes to reach Discovery Cove and swim with dolphins, while more adrenaline pumping thrills can be found at SeaWorld, with the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters.
The large kitchen is located to the left of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals. The breakfast bar and additional table offer great places to start your morning with orange juice and cereal, before you head out to explore everything Orlando has to offer. To the front of the villa is a formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games. The main family lounge is to the back left of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. Towards the front of the villa is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating and a door to the pool and spa, the ideal place to curl up with a book.
All bedrooms in this home are on the ground floor, the Main bedroom is located to the right of the villa with a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is away from the other bedrooms at the back left of the villa, with a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are to the central left of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite programmes as they drift off to sleep.

Legacy Park is large community just off the US27 completed in 2007 and divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, 3 of which include rental properties for holidaymakers. The Estates is in the middle of Legacy Park and has slightly more residential homes than holiday villas. Disney theme parks are a short drive away along the US192, with Orlando’s other attractions; Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive all within a 30 minute drive.
