It includes a private pool with golf-course views, good sized rooms and is just a 4 minute walk from the community facilities, which include 2 swimming pools, a children’s play area and tennis courts for guests interested in keeping active. Within walking distance of your villa is a large Walmart where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool. The Southern Dunes clubhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while just south on the US27 is Manny’s Chop House and a couple more restaurants to choose from. Disney World is 25-30 minutes from your villa, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet all your favourite characters and see the world famous Cinderella Castle. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 40-45 minutes away and has unique worlds and experiences for your family to explore. Travel 35-40 minutes to Universal Resorts where you will find adrenaline pumping rides at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Discovery Cove is where you can swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld is home to manatees, penguins and polar bears, all 30-35 minutes from your villa.
The kitchen is located to the right of the villa with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals, while the breakfast bar and table are great places to start your morning with coffee and toast, before you head out to explore Orlando. The formal dining table is to the front of the villa, ideal for having a meal before playing card games while you reflect on the day’s events. The family lounge is at the back left of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the private pool. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the cooling water.
The Main bedroom is at the back right of the villa with a Queen-size bed, a door to the pool and en-suite bathroom that has a door to the private pool. Bedroom 2 is at the front right of the villa with an en-suite bathroom while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the central right, both with Twin beds. Both bedrooms are decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so all guests can wind down with a movie as they get ready for bed.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
