It features a south-facing pool and spa, a well-equipped games room and is a 9 minute walk from community facilities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play area with slides and swings. Within walking distance of Southern Dunes is a large Walmart store, where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your own pool and spa. If you don’t feel like cooking, there is a restaurant in the Southern Dunes Clubhouse, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Otherwise head a few miles south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chop House and a few more independent restaurants. Disney World can be reached with a 25-30 minute drive and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can watch the world famous firework displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, can be reached in 40-45 minutes and has unique locations, experiences and rides for your family to try. Jaw dropping thrills await you at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, 35-40 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, and ride Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at SeaWorld, both reached in 30-35 minutes.
This vacation villa will be a home from home for your family during your stay. The modern kitchen is centrally located with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games once the kids have cleared away the dishes. The family lounge is at the back of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa. The Main bedroom is at the back left of the villa and has a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. At the front of the villa is Bedroom 2 which has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the villa with a Double bed, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so all guests can watch their favourite programmes as they get ready for bed.
Head to the well-equipped games room to find a pool table, air hockey and table football, before having a villa championship to see who the ultimate winner is. Walk 9 minutes to reach the community facilities, which include 2 outdoor community swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play area with swings and slides.

Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
