Grab drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your pool and spa at the large Walmart located on Old Lake Wilson Road, just over a mile away. Minutes from your villa is the popular US192, which is home to hundreds of dining options, offering everything from pizza to sushi, burgers to burritos. Disney World is only 10-15 minutes from your villa by car, so head to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to watch the daily parades and fireworks displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is full of exciting new experiences for your family to explore, all reached in 25-30 minutes. Universal Resorts has jaw dropping rides at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, just 20-25 minutes away. Travel 15-20 minutes and you can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, while SeaWorld has penguins, polar bears and manatees.

The Main bedroom is upstairs at the left of the villa, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is at the front left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the back left and has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the pool and spa. Back upstairs, the Princess-themed Bedroom 4 is at the right with a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 5 has a Harry Potter-theme and 2 sets of Bunk beds. Bedroom 6 is at the rear of the villa, it has a Star Wars-theme and Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can relax and watch their favourite movies while getting read for bed.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the air-conditioned home cinema room at the front of the villa. Watch the latest blockbusters on the flatscreen TV as you relax on the recliner seating, while an arcade game and karaoke machine offer fun for the whole family. Drive 4 minutes to reach the resort facilities, which include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, kids water park and a castle play area, while inside the clubhouse is a modern gym, 40 seat cinema, computer room and a video games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am.
