This privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated resort community of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee. It features a south-facing pool and spa, heated free of charge, a complimentary gas BBQ grill, an air-conditioned games room and access to the resort facilities which can be reached with a 9 minute walk. Here you will find a clubhouse with a 40 seat cinema, a modern gym, video games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables and a computer room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s water park, a castle play area and a Tiki bar where guests can get a cold drink. There are also basketball, tennis and beach volleyball courts for guests interested in sport. Just minutes from your villa is the popular US192, home to hundreds of restaurants, fast food chains and shops, so you can satisfy any food cravings you have, before enjoying some retail therapy. Disney World can be reached in 10-15 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to see the parades and meet all your favourite characters. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, can be reached in 25-30 minutes and has lots of new experiences for your family. Find adrenaline pumping thrills at Universal Resorts, which is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 20-25 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter manatees and penguins in SeaWorld, both reached in 15-20 minutes.
Kick off your shoes and let your vacation start as soon as you enter this privately owned villa. The large and spacious kitchen is to the left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your family. The breakfast bar offers a great place to enjoy a chilled drink during the day, or to start your morning with coffee and pancakes before you go to explore Orlando. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining table, a great place to enjoy a meal or play card games after dinner. The family lounge is to the right with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa, so you can keep an eye on your kids in the water while you watch all your favourite movies.
Located on the ground floor and to the back right of the villa is the Main bedroom. It has a King-size bed, door to the south-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the front left, with a Queen-size bed. Upstairs and at the front right is Bedroom 4 which, which has a Queen-size bed. The Star Wars-themed Bedroom 5 is at the back right of the villa and has Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 6 has a Mickey Mouse-theme and Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can drift off to sleep while watching their favourite movies.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the air-conditioned games room at the front of the villa. Here you will find table football, air hockey, a basketball game, arcade games and a flatscreen TV with comfy sofa seating. Walk just 9 minutes to reach the resort facilities which include a heated swimming pool, spa, kids water park, castle play area and a licenced Tiki bar serving refreshing drinks.
