Hundreds of restaurant options, serving everything from salads to steaks and burgers to burritos can be found a couple of miles north of the community along the US192, or head to Berry Town Center, just 4-5 minutes from here by car for a selection of family restaurants including an iHop and a popular British bar.

Close to this dining area, and at the front of the villa, is a formal lounge area with windows overlooking the front garden, comfy sofas and a small flatscreen TV. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool area so you can easily wander in and out to keep an eye on the kids splashing around in the water. Upstairs on the landing is an extra seating area for book-reading moments or for guests that need to catch up with work emails or social media posts.
The Main bedroom is upstairs on the left and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is centrally placed on the left upstairs and has a Double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom on the ground floor has a Double bed and is close to a family bathroom with easy access to the pool area. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit guests of any age or gender. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets to watch their programme of choice if they choose to have an early night.
