The community facilities of tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and children’s play area are just 3 minutes’ walk away from here and guests staying here have full access to these amenities. Berry Town Center is a few minutes away by car, or a 20 minute stroll through the community if you wanted to take a little gentle exercise, and this offers a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements as well as a selection of bars and family restaurants, including a British pub that is renowned for its fish and chips! The bustling US192 is a couple of miles north of Highlands Reserve and has hundreds of dining options waiting for you to discover, taking care of any dietary requirement, desire or appetite. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be reached via the I-4 Highway and this will take approximately 35-40 minutes by car.
- Living Accommodation:
This traditional family vacation home will allow you and your family the chance to relax and enjoy precious time together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a spacious family lounge area with lots of natural light, seating for everybody and a flatscreen TV. The nearby kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you would need for a self-catering holiday and the dining table, with windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck, is perfect for mealtimes together or evening fun playing board games.
- Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and window overlooking the garden. Bedroom 3, decorated and furnished in a style to suit everybody, is nearby and has Twin beds. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice if they decide to retire early after a busy day at the parks.

The community facilities, a 3 minute walk away from here, include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and play area for small children.
