Villa Details

This privately owned 3 bedroom Orlando vacation villa is located on the golfing community of Highlands Reserve in Davenport and has a west-facing pool and relaxing spa as well as a complimentary gas BBQ grill. Guests staying here have access to the community facilities which are a quick 7 minute walk away and include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area. Hop in the car and make your way to some of Orlando’s famous attractions, with Disney World being only 20-25 minutes away, with Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios just waiting for you to visit. Meanwhile, Universal Resorts are 35-40 minutes away and are home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all offering unlimited thrills. SeaWorld is home to the Kraken rollercoaster while Discovery Cove is where you can go swimming with dolphins, both only 30-35 minutes away. Once it's time for dinner why not go to Berry Town Center which is next to Highlands Reserve, here you will find a selection of family restaurants and bars including a popular British bar famous for its fish and chips! A couple of miles north of the community is the popular US192, and this is where you will find hundreds more dining options, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.

Living Accommodation:
The well-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the villa with all the utensils and appliances you will need to make tasty meals, while breakfast bar seating for 3 is an ideal place to sit and enjoy tea and toast in the mornings. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 6, so everyone can gather around for dinner. Centrally located in the villa is a family lounge with a flatscreen TV, comfy seating and a door to the west-facing pool, so you can watch a movie while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water.
Bedrooms:
Located to the back right of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed, door to the west-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is opposite and has Twin beds. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, ideal for watching a movie as you drift off to sleep.
Entertainment:
Take a 7 minute walk to the community facilities to find entertainment for everyone in the form of the outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and children’s play area with swings and climbing frames. This will ensure everyone, kids included, can burn off the last of their energy before heading to bed. The golf club also features a café bar, serving drinks, snack and ice cream, should you wish to treat yourself or your family.
Outdoor Living:
You will love spending time at your very own private west-facing pool and relaxing spa, with golf course views to the rear. Teach the kids to swim in the pool or have a long soak in the spa, before cooking a meal on the complimentary gas BBQ grill and enjoying it at the covered dining table. Once dinner is eaten and the dishes cleared away, lay back in the sun, sip a chilled drink and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.

Highlands Reserve

Highlands Reserve is a well-maintained and long-established peaceful golfing community in Davenport. We have a huge selection of privately owned villas to rent on Highlands Reserve, many have games rooms and south or west-facing decks with private pool and spa as well as views over the golf course or conservation and woodland areas. Situated close to Disney World and other popular Orlando attractions including Universal Resorts and SeaWorld. This is a great community, recommended by lots of returning customers, and benefits from being close to a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants.

The AC failed one day and we rang the management company but didn’t get answer (we were out of hours so then we emailed Debbie's Villas and within 15 minutes we had a call and was fixed the same day). “The villa in Highland Reserve (Davenport) was very spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and included a complimentary BBQ. For us, the peaceful location was ideal with good views of the golf course and essential facilities nearby (e.g. Publix, Walmart, petrol stations and various food and beverage outlets on the US 27 and US 192 roads). Having stayed in the Davenport area before, a car is recommended for transport and there is ample room on the villa driveway. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the spa and sunbathing. The sheltered area of the pool deck (with table and chairs) is a huge benefit for outside dining and to shelter from any adverse weather. Overall, we had a great time, and we are glad we booked with Debbie's Villas who maintain a high standard of customer service. We will definitely be using them again.”

“stunning westerly outlook…”

“We booked this very last minute – MJ at Debbie's Villas was particularly helpful in assisting us. The flights were excellent both ways, we paid for the better seats this time and actually slept on the return flight. The villa had a stunning westerly outlook with nice sunsets. We do usually prefer to stay on the Southern Dunes community but that is just personal preference. The villa itself was older, a little tired in places but well maintained, well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was warm enough for us to use without pool heat. We met the neighbours too and they were friendly. The location was good too. We didn’t need to call the management company for anything.”

“clean, spacious and very well equipped…”

“My family and I have just returned from a long break in Florida at this villa and everything was perfect! The villa itself is clean, spacious and very well equipped to be used as a home from home with a great pool that overlooks the golf course and gets sun most of the day. The kids enjoyed having a splash morning and night and the sunset views over the back were quite magnificent. Ideally located, the villa is just 25 minutes (max) from Disney and a little more to Universal with lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive. The Highlands estate in which it is located is quiet and modern and has the golf course which looks amazing in the sunshine. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to have a knock but often watched the fairway shots to the tenth hole along with seeing a few of the wild birds in the area (including a golden eagle one morning). I would highly recommend the villa to any couple or family visiting Orlando and we will more than likely be back in future.”

“Just back from a 2 week stay in this lovely villa, set in a peaceful and tranquil setting-ideal location for all we had planned.
