Raptor Encounter

Raptor Encounter at Islands of Adventure is one of the most memorable experiences within the Universal Orlando Resort. Located in the Jurassic Park area, this interactive attraction gives guests the chance to come face-to-face with a highly realistic Velociraptor.

Raptor Encounter is a live meet-and-greet with a trained “raptor” such as Blue or another member of the pack. Skilled handlers guide the interaction, ensuring both safety and entertainment, while the raptor responds with impressively lifelike movements and sounds. Guests can pose for photographs, though they are often reminded—humorously—to stay calm and avoid sudden movements.
