The community clubhouse is a great place for family and friends to get together on holiday, as well as meet up with other holidaymakers.

We have 27 Orlando communities featuring a clubhouse, with some that also include a games room, computer area and even a cinema! It’s the ideal place to relax with a movie in the TV lounge, have fun with the kids in the games room, or plan activities for the day ahead in the computer area. 

Here’s a few of our favourite communities with clubhouses:

Windsor Hills

A beautiful five-star resort community, situated just a couple of minutes away from the popular US192. Guests staying here get full and free access to the resort facilities including swimming pool, gym, sports courts, playground, cinema, BBQ area and clubhouse.

The manned gatehouse leads to lush, tropical gardens, well-maintained landscaping, palm trees and scenic conservation areas, so once you arrive here, you will really know you have chosen the right destination for your family! Disney theme parks are all less than 10 minutes drive away, Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive are all within a 20 minute car journey.

The clubhouse continues to impress with a 40 seat cinema, showing films from a library of over 600 family friendly movies, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, video games arcade, table tennis and pool tables. A nearby computer room allows you to get online and catch up with folks back home, or plan activities for the day ahead. Free wi-fi is also available here. The on-site sundry shop is open long hours and stocks all your holiday essentials.

ChampionsGate - The Retreat

The Retreat is a large, resort-style sub-community, which sits within one of the most popular destinations in Florida, ChampionsGate, and it is only 15 minutes away from Disney.

Community facilities include an aerobics studio, a clubhouse with a state-of-the-art gym, a cinema, a full-service restaurant, a games room with arcade games, resort-style heated swimming pools along with a lazy river, water slides and a swim-up bar, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a Tiki Hut and a golf course. It offers holidaymakers everything they could wish for on a holiday to Florida and much more!

Encantada

Encantada Resort is a five-star gated townhome complex sitting along the popular US192. Guests staying here get to use all of the fantastic resort facilities free of charge, including the gym, high-speed wi-fi and fabulous swimming pools. Each townhome has its own pool as well, so you really are spoilt for choice when you choose this resort.

The clubhouse offers a manned reception area with helpful, friendly staff and a large lounge area where you can sit and chat with other guests staying here. The kids can enjoy themselves in the games room with table tennis, air hockey and video games, whilst adults use the IT centre with high-speed wi-fi. The resort’s bistro and wine bar is open from early in the morning until late at night, and offers snacks, tapas, pizzas and coffee as well as a full bar service. The clubhouse sundry shop means that you can top-up supplies of sun block or cold drinks as you lounge around either of the two resort-style swimming pools that overlook the lake. Outside there are other activities for the whole family including a children’s play area and a walking trail around the beautiful natural lake.
