West Haven 4 bed

A beautifully-finished four bedroom villa with a great games room and large south-east-facing pool deck with picturesque views. It offers plenty of space and comfort during your stay in Orlando.

• Private pool: You’ll certainly be able to relax here with the large private pool and spa, as well as the stunning views of the lake. This outdoor space is perfect for spending as much time as possible in the Florida sun, and includes an outdoor dining table and sun loungers.

• Games room: The games room is equipped with football table, pool table, a large flatscreen TV and a sofa, so the whole family can spend quality time together getting into the competitive spirit.

• Living accommodation: Enter the villa to a formal lounge and dining area. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa with a large flatscreen TV and doors onto the pool deck. To the right of the lounge is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast dining.

• Bedrooms: The Master bedroom with King-size bed can be found upstairs and features a balcony, where you can relax and admire the beautiful lake views. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 3 is next to the Master bedroom and has twin beds. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom bunk.

• West Haven community: West Haven is a large community on the Ronald Reagan Parkway, split up into seven smaller gated sub-divisions. This 4 bed villa can be found within Sanctuary, which is the largest of these. The location of this villa is great, as it’s situated midway between the US27 and the I-4 meaning that within a 20-minute drive you can reach some of Orlando’s main attractions, such as the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Sunset Lakes 4 bed

Located just off the ever-popular US192 in Kissimmee is this spacious and well-equipped four bedroom villa. It has a south-facing pool deck with beautiful lake views and is only 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks.

• Private pool: With a lake at the back of the villa, a south-facing pool deck and a good-sized pool and spa, this is a great option for those that love to sunbathe and relax on holiday. On the spacious pool deck you’ll also find a covered dining area and sun loungers.

• Living accommodation: Just inside the front door is a formal lounge and dining area. Carrying on through the villa is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar. To the left of the kitchen is the main lounge with two sofas, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV.

• Bedrooms: The Master bedroom with King-size bed is downstairs and includes an en-suite bathroom and doors onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2, also with a King-size bed, is upstairs and has patio doors out to a balcony overlooking the lake. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds.

• Sunset Lakes community: Sunset Lakes is a gated community just a few minutes from Disney World, shops and restaurants. The 161 pool homes surround two natural lakes, making it a perfect community to see some of Florida’s finest wildlife. Community facilities include a swimming pool and children’s play area.

Solterra 6 bed

This beautiful, modern six bedroom villa provides your family with everything you could wish for during your stay in Orlando. It features a spacious interior and pool area, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax here.

• Private pool: Outside is a large south-east facing pool deck with private pool, spa and a covered dining area. With no close rear neighbours, this makes it the perfect pool deck to sit back and relax in the Florida sunshine.

• Living accommodation: Inside this modern villa, you’ll find 3 relaxing lounge areas. The main lounge is at the back of the villa with doors to the pool deck. You’ll find the second lounge as you enter the villa, and upstairs is an additional third lounge and TV area with a football table too. The villa also has a good-sized kitchen and dining area.

• Bedrooms: Upstairs is the Master bedroom with King-size bed and a balcony overlooking the front of the house. Bedroom 2, also with King-size bed, is downstairs next to the lounge. Bedrooms 3 and 4 can be found upstairs and both have Queen-size beds. There are two sets of bunk beds in Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 6 has twin beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs for your convenience.

• Solterra community: Situated on the Ronald Reagan Parkway, the location of this community is ideal, as Disney theme parks are just a 20-minute drive away. The gated resort of Solterra has onsite sports courts, children's play areas, a communal swimming pool and a fishing lake. You’ll also find a range of restaurants and a large supermarket just a couple of miles away.
