Maintain your fitness at the community gym

You won’t feel bad about eating a large burger and fries on holiday when there’s a gym on your villa community! 

We have over 25 communities that include gyms which are free for guest use, so you can maintain your fitness in Orlando. Some of these communities also include sports courts if you prefer to keep fit together, and health spas if you’re looking for some relaxation after your workout.

Here’s a few of our favourite communities with clubhouses:

Windsor at Westside

Windsor at Westside is a gated, luxurious resort-style community, which opened in January 2016 and includes a combination of 362 townhouses and villas. This resort is just a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney theme parks. A wide range of bars, shops and restaurants can be found just five minutes away on the US192.

There are multipurpose sports courts, a volleyball court and a well-equipped gym for those wanting to remain active during their stay.

Outdoors there is a large communal swimming pool with water slides, a lazy river, children’s splash pool and a hot tub to relax in the Florida sun. There is also a tiki bar to refresh yourselves with a range of drinks, and an irresistible menu to enjoy poolside.

Windsor at Westside 6 bed villa (WEWBF-61108)

A beautiful, modern six bedroom villa with a good-sized pool deck, games room and themed bedrooms. It also features two lounge areas and an open-plan kitchen.

Emerald Island

Emerald Island is surrounded by conservation and encompasses over 300 acres of land, including an 11 acre woodland in the middle of the resort. The 550 brightly coloured homes range from 3 bedroom townhouses to large 7 bedroom villas and were constructed between 2002 and 2005.

The large clubhouse and all of the facilities here are free for guests to enjoy, these include a modern fitness centre, video games arcade, cyber café, meeting room and small convenience store.

The outside pool area is very spacious and offers plenty of sun loungers, a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, and not forgetting the all-important tiki bar serving drinks and snacks. Also on the community are tennis and volleyball courts, children’s play areas, BBQ and picnic areas, as well as nature trails for walking, jogging or cycling.

Emerald Island 4 bed villa (EISQV-4592)

This well-equipped four bedroom villa, with a great games room and private pool and spa is an ideal option for your holiday in Orlando. On the pool deck guests can relax in the Florida sunshine and admire the beautiful lake view.

Watersong

The villas on this beautiful gated community are surrounded by woodland, lakes and conservation areas, creating a peaceful environment for your holiday. All Orlando theme parks, including Disney and Universal, are located between 20-30 minutes drive away, so you will never be far from the action if you stay here.

Community facilities include a spacious 6,700sq ft clubhouse with fitness centre, computer room, TV lounge, games room and sun terrace. The community pool and spa area has plenty of sun loungers for guests to sit and relax in.

If you fancy something a bit more energetic, try your hand at basketball or volleyball, that’s if you can gather up some willing teammates! There are also some nearby nature trails to tackle. For these we suggest you wear closed-in shoes and make sure you take along a camera in case you spot some of the wonderful wildlife.

Watersong 5 bed villa (WATCT-51318)

A spacious five bedroom villa, boasting a west-facing pool deck with views of a lake and conservation. There’s plenty of space to unwind by the pool and enjoy some alfresco dining. The villa also has three lounge areas and a well-equipped games room.
