What Facilities Are There at Lake Berkley?

Lake Berkley is a great choice for a community with greenery and nature at its heart. Three community lakes are surrounded by the villas and town homes, allowing for plenty of lake views and areas to walk and play outside, as well as designated nature trails and boardwalks around the main 11 acre, spring-fed lake. There are communal tennis courts, basketball courts and a beach volleyball area for more active holidaymakers, as well as a kiddie’s play area for younger family members. Guests with a training regime to stick to can use the well-equipped gym within the clubhouse to help stay in shape. Anglers in your family might want to try a spot of fishing in the catch and release lake, either from the bank or from the nearby jetty. It’s not just fishing that the lake can be used for though, a man-made sandy beach provides an opportunity for some sunbathing while you recharge your batteries or take a stroll on the boardwalk around the waters edge and see if you can spot any local wildlife that the area is famous for, before firing up a BBQ in the designated area and make some long-lasting memories in the Florida sunshine.

The community swimming pool is heated during the winter months and has easy access handrails so that everybody can make full use of it. Toddlers will appreciate the fun splash zone while adults will want to sit back and enjoy the relaxing spa or top up their tan on one on the many poolside sun loungers.
