First time renting a villa, stayed at Bella Vida and it was fantastic, immaculately presented, very nicely situated for the parks. Especially enjoyed unwinding by the pool. Great job all around from everyone at Debbie's Villas you will certainly be my first point of call if I return to the Orlando area.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful property on Terra Verde in Orlando. The property was well presented throughout, spacious, comfortable and a great size. It's in a brilliant location close to parks, restaurants, supermarkets and more. We really loved that it was within a gated community (that came with a gate guard) for that added security and peace of mind. We did have a couple of issues. The first was that when we arrived the pool was being treated which meant we had a dark green misty pool. This had to be treated again until it eventually cleared which meant that we went for nearly 2 days of our stay without pool use. Whilst this was far from ideal I can't fault the speed of Debbie's Villas and the owners for rectifying the issue and their great communication. It also made us check out the fab community pool which I recommend doing. We were also given a late check out on our last day but the key code wasn't extended which meant we were briefly locked out; but again the communication was great at rectifying this. Overall we had a brilliant stay here and would highly recommend this villa. We very much hope to go back and stay there again on our next visit to Orlando. Tip: no clothes washing tablets provided so perhaps BYO if you plan on washing whilst there.

Holiday was brilliant - very pleased with Debbie's Villas communication. The villa was absolutely fantastic and clean, and Grandchildren/we loved the games room. Pool was cleaned twice when we were there.

The villa was lovely – everything was perfect. We usually stay on Solana and book a package elsewhere but we couldn’t get the location we wanted this time. We saw reviews on ‘It’s Orlando Time’ about Debbie’s Villas and this was our first time booking with them. We couldn’t be happier. The villa was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was great too.

We had a fantastic time and the villa was great - both pool and hot tub were a great size and the villa was spacious with everything we needed. Also a great location. The booking process was seamless and we had good communication from Debbie's Villas. Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to book with Debbie's Villas again.

Villa was great - we couldn't fault it. We couldn't get hold of the Management Company so contacted Debbie's Villas for the QR code that we had accidentally left in the UK to allow us access through the security gates. We would definitely book through Debbie's Villas again.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we literally couldn't find fault with any aspect of either the holiday or the villa itself. Superb location, close to the parks, the villa was very well-equipped with everything you could possibly want. It occupies probably one of the best positions on the Emerald Island resort in that it has a lovely view over a small lake and woods beyond that. All in all, we would highly recommend this villa and we would use Debbie's Villas again if we go back to Florida in the future.

We arrived and the villa was fantastic, it’s actually breathtaking. We called the management company as a mattress needed replacing and this was done the same day. Debbie's Villas are the people we would call if we return.

We can’t fault any aspect of the booking process or the villa. The villa exceeded our expectation from the description/pictures and the holiday was fantastic! Information was communicated in advance and at the right time; we felt the cursory call prior to us leaving was really helpful and if we’re lucky enough to be able to return at any point we would without doubt book through Debbie's Villas!

Thank you for all the help that Debbie's Villas gave us in arranging our stay in Orlando. We had a wonderful time and everything that was arranged was as agreed. Debbie's Villas were very helpful in arranging our somewhat complicated requirements. We found them to be extremely responsive and friendly. We had a couple of small hiccups whilst there but they were all dealt with very quickly which I think is a big tick. Should we ever go back to Orlando, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Florida. The villa was brilliant and appreciated by all the members of our group and the location could not have been better. The couple of issues that occurred were dealt with promptly and efficiently by both Debbie's Villas and the management company. We would have no hesitation in booking with Debbie's Villas again and would highly recommend their services.

We had an amazing time; the villa was lovely. Beautiful furnishings, great location and amazing array of things you need such as towels and linen, which was great. Debbie’s Villas have been great, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

The villa was amazing; we are sad to be home. We couldn’t fault the villa in any way, it was better than expected. We had a problem with our car hire due to being diverted to a different airport on our way out to Orlando, however Debbie’s Villas were great in helping us. We would have been lost without you.

The villa was very nice as they always are in Florida, but the service from Debbie's Villas to sort everything out for us over an online chat whilst we were mid-flight was absolutely superb. And then to provide us with early check-in the next morning as well went above and beyond. You don't want accommodation worries when travelling 9 hrs for what should be a dream holiday, and I now know that Debbie's Villas gives you that peace of mind. We go to Florida at least once a year and from now will be using Debbie's Villas exclusively!
