We had a wonderful holiday, though it got off to a rocky start due to our outbound flight being cancelled. Our only concern was a breakdown in communication between Virgin and Debbie’s Villas. Virgin informed us that all updates regarding our cancelled flight were sent to Debbie’s Villas, but unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you. The only way we were able to stay informed was by speaking with other passengers in the lounge, as we had been upgraded. That being said, our holiday was truly fantastic. The villa was superb — having visited Orlando 25 times, we can confidently say this was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Located in the stunning Sunset Lakes community, the area was beautiful and well-maintained. The villa itself was clearly looked after with great care, making it feel like a true home away from home. We found ourselves wishing we could stay even longer. Lastly, we want to express how highly we recommend Debbie’s Villas. We have already recommended your service to several family members, who have since booked their stays. Your customer service is outstanding, and the personal touch of follow-up phone calls truly sets you apart. It’s clear that you genuinely care about your customers and ensuring their holidays meet expectations and reflect what is advertised on your website.

The villa was beautiful, and the extra pool heating was greatly appreciated by my family. We were thoroughly impressed with Debbie’s Villas. The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic, from the initial pre-trip call to the ongoing support, even with the Heathrow issue, which didn’t affect us. We truly appreciate all the information you provided. We will definitely be rebooking through you in the future and will highly recommend your services to others.

The villa was absolutely brilliant; it was clean and well presented which was great. We contacted the management company due to a problem, they were very responsive in trying to fix it. Due to the inconvenience the management company offered us free pool heating for the remainder of our stay which was extremely kind of them. We couldn’t fault the service we received from them. Debbie’s Villas was fantastic, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday; the villa was really nice. We contact the management company once about the Wi-Fi and having a late checkout they were very efficient and got back to us straight away. Debbie’s Villas have been superb with the service they have provided, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and will booking with you once again.

We had a very lovely holiday and what a super, super villa. There has been a lot of time, money and effort to theme this beautiful villa. The attention to detail was superb - for instance, two mismatched chairs in the master bedroom just like the husband and wife's chairs in the "UP" film which is the theme of the villa. There were top quality appliances throughout the villa. We would definitely stay in this villa again and we would come back to Debbie's Villas, who looked after us from beginning to end.

The villa and area was lovely and we would definitely recommend using Debbie's Villas and especially this villa. We travel to Florida a lot but not always in villas, but would go back in a heartbeat.

The all-round service from Debbie's Villas was first class, it is always nice when you get exactly what it says on the tin! We called the Management Company a couple of times during our stay and they acted swiftly to help. We have been to Florida many times before (this is our first time with Debbie's Villas) and there were some lovely touches in the villa. We would definitely recommend using Debbie's Villas to anyone wanting to plan a trip to Orlando and we will be using them again for our next holiday.
