Hampton Lakes 4 bed

This spacious four bedroom villa on the established Hampton Lakes community in Davenport, is the ideal choice for any family holiday to Orlando.

• Games room: The villa features a well-decorated games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, TV and seating for spectators.

• Pool deck: The west-facing pool deck with private pool, benefits from having privacy fencing all around, a covered dining area and a gas barbecue for guest use.

• Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has been furnished with two sets of bunk beds.

• Hampton Lakes community: This community, with gorgeous lake views, is conveniently close to a wide range of shops, restaurants and golf courses. Disney theme parks are only a short drive away along the US192 and Universal and SeaWorld can easily be reached along the I-4 highway.

Bridgeford Crossing 6 bed

Located on the quiet, scenic community of Bridgeford Crossing, this well-furnished villa is an ideal option for a larger family or group of friends.

• Games room: It has two games areas, so there’s plenty of fun for everyone here! Upstairs you’ll find a pool table, along with a sofa and TV. The air-conditioned games room is downstairs with a basketball game, table tennis and a football table.

• Pool deck: Outside is a large pool deck with a beautiful lake view, relaxing private pool and spa, a covered dining area and an outdoor bathroom. It’s perfect for the whole family to spend quality time in and out of the Florida sun.

• Bedrooms: The Master bedroom, to the right of the family lounge, has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite. Bedroom 2 is on the first floor with a King-size bed and en-suite. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the stairs and has a King-size bed. Bedroom’s 4 and 5 are both on the first floor and have twin beds and an en-suite. Bedroom 6 is next to bedroom 5 and has twin beds.

• Bridgeford Crossing community: Community facilities include a sauna, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a tennis court and arcade games in the clubhouse. Located close to the US27 and the I-4 makes visiting Orlando’s main attractions quick and simple.

Windsor at Westside 8 bed

Sitting on the luxurious resort of Windsor at Westside is this stunning and stylish eight bedroom villa with modern furnishings.
