Brilliant – location was great. We had to call the management company as it looked like the fridge freezer had been left open and lollies had melted but their responses were prompt so we were happy. The villa was clean and tidy and as I said before, a great location, we’d go back there again.

Everything fine – been there before, it was great, good stay. We reported an issue with the safe but they came out and fixed it the same day. We stayed in this property the year before and it’s exactly the same.

We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for two weeks as a party of 10. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and was a great size, giving our large party plenty of space. The villa really was like a home from home, with everything needed to make it a very pleasant stay. The resort was beautiful, very well maintained and was in a great location for parks, shops etc. We had to contact the management company for a minor issue, which was rectified immediately. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and couldn't do enough to help. It really was a pleasure to stay in this villa, I would highly recommend a stay in it and hope to get the opportunity to return to it again. I normally book independently, however wouldn't hesitate to use Debbie's Villas in the future, great company to deal with, any queries I had were answered immediately by very helpful agents. It was also great to be able to speak directly with agents. I was contacted prior to travelling, and provided with all relevant information, which was also posted hard copy. Then on return received a follow up phone call to make sure everything had gone well during my holiday. The welcome pack at the villa was great and provided essentials on arrival saving an immediate trip to the shops after a long journey. I would highly recommend using Debbie's Villas to book a holiday home and will definitely use them in future.

We had a lovely time in this villa. It was very comfortable and homely and in a really good position to walk to publix, IHOP etc. The pool was great and well maintained by the pool guy. We had to ring the management company re a couple of small issues and they came out very quickly and sorted everything. This is the third villa we've stayed in at Highlands Reserve and it was really nice to stay in and we all enjoyed it. We love Highlands Reserve and the great service from Debbie's Villas and are hoping to book another trip next year.

We had a great holiday; the villa was really nice and in a great location. We were all very happy and our stay was as good as it always has been when staying with you. The management company were great, we noticed that a pool screen had come away one evening, we let them know and it was fixed the next morning which was wonderful.

It was absolutely wonderful – the villa was as described, even exceeded our expectations and Terra Verde is a lovely community. I would like to thank the villa owner for letting us share their beautiful home. Our stay was great thank you, the villa was wonderful. We loved the fact that there were ice boxes we could use for days out and the air con in the games room was appreciated after a long day at the parks. Its was easy to access the property without worrying about losing a key. The welcome pack was brilliant to have upon arrival and was appreciated after a long days travel. The villa was amazing and we are looking forward to booking with you once again.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in this amazing villa. It was our 4th time staying with Debbie's Villas and our 2nd time on Solana. Everything was amazing and we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Everybody had the time of their lives here and we will miss this home very much. We would stay here again if possible and have already recommended you to friends and families.

We had an amazing family holiday here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everybody enjoyed the pool and the house was superb. The community is in such a good location, close to Disney and lots of restaurants to choose from. Would recommend Debbie's Villas.

It was brilliant – lovely. We contacted the management company for a late check-out and unfortunately this was unavailable due to guests arriving that same day. Could do with a little bit of updating but it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Great villa in a great location. Everything was perfect. Debbie's Villas have been very helpful and we would certainly recommend to anybody looking to book an Orlando holiday.

We rented a villa directly with an owner because it was cheaper than going through an agent. How wrong could we be? The villa was dirty, smelly and had no air-con. The photographs we were shown when we booked were nothing like the actual condition of the villa, even the beds were wrong (A double bed instead of 2 single beds for my 2 uncles!). We asked the owner to give us a refund and we would move but they refused. We were so disappointed and my elderly parents were crying because this was meant to be a holiday of a lifetime. We decided to bite the bullet and move so we looked online and found Debbie’s Villas. Within a few hours we were able to move homes (on the same community) and this home is perfect and exactly how it is advertised on their website. From now on we will only use a reputable ABTA company in case something goes wrong and we will never book directly with an owner again, a costly mistake but one we will learn from. Thank You Debbie's Villas for saving our holiday.
