We had an amazing family holiday here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everybody enjoyed the pool and the house was superb. The community is in such a good location, close to Disney and lots of restaurants to choose from. Would recommend Debbie's Villas.

It was brilliant – lovely. We contacted the management company for a late check-out and unfortunately this was unavailable due to guests arriving that same day. Could do with a little bit of updating but it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Great villa in a great location. Everything was perfect. Debbie's Villas have been very helpful and we would certainly recommend to anybody looking to book an Orlando holiday.

We rented a villa directly with an owner because it was cheaper than going through an agent. How wrong could we be? The villa was dirty, smelly and had no air-con. The photographs we were shown when we booked were nothing like the actual condition of the villa, even the beds were wrong (A double bed instead of 2 single beds for my 2 uncles!). We asked the owner to give us a refund and we would move but they refused. We were so disappointed and my elderly parents were crying because this was meant to be a holiday of a lifetime. We decided to bite the bullet and move so we looked online and found Debbie’s Villas. Within a few hours we were able to move homes (on the same community) and this home is perfect and exactly how it is advertised on their website. From now on we will only use a reputable ABTA company in case something goes wrong and we will never book directly with an owner again, a costly mistake but one we will learn from. Thank You Debbie's Villas for saving our holiday.

Our villa was all good, was really lovely and on a peaceful community. We saw some spectacular thunderstorms and enjoyed watching from the sheltered area outside! There was a bit of confusion over the keypad lock but we called the management company and it was sorted straight away on the spot. Otherwise, everything was all good, we had no problems with anything. The villa was accurate to the photos on your website – if anything, it was a lot larger than we thought! We have been to Orlando twice now and have used Debbie's Villas both times – we would definitely use them again. My only comment is that I wish Debbie’s Villas had villas elsewhere too – I’ve heard the Gulf Coast is very nice!

It was excellent. Villa was top class. Holiday was fantastic so no complaints at all. Car hire was great. We weren’t too sure about checking out instructions, stripping beds etc, but apart from that all good.

It was lovely, we normally have another villa in this area but it sold. This property had absolutely amazing views, nice and quiet and the biggest bed I've had. Management company contacted us for inspection - they came the next day, done the work and tidied up after themselves - it was fine. In all honesty if we could we'd book it again right now, we would.

Villa was excellent, huge and very comfortable for our family. Everything was in good order, clean and well maintained. Exactly as described. Location is excellent. Bella Vida is quiet, handy for Disney parks and the cleanliness and security of the resort is the best we’ve seen on our many trips to the Sunshine State. From the pool area we saw lots of wildlife - deer, woodpeckers, vultures and other birds. Excellent service and communication from Debbie’s Villas, thanks for a memorable trip.
