This villa was perfect, it was clean and well managed and had everything we needed, Made loads of happy memories here and were sad to leave. Cannot recommend this place enough, it was the best villa we have ever stayed in and would stay here again. Debbie's Villas have been amazing from the start.

We booked with an owner on Air BNB but they cancelled on us with just 5 weeks to go because they had sold their villa. They did offer us an alternative belonging to one of their friends. This replacement villa was not on Highlands Reserve and nowhere near as nice. Felt very let down by Air BNB and the Owner. Thankfully we found this villa on Debbie's Villas and will only be using them from now on.

We couldn’t have wished for a nicer villa - it was perfect and the photographs on the website listing were spot on. There was a slight issue with noisy guests but we think it might have been an event or wedding going on. We didn’t bother calling the gate house, as things did calm down and it didn’t wreck our holiday by all means. This is our third trip to Orlando and it was the best experience we’ve had. Our villa was changed due to it becoming unavailable but the way you guys dealt with it and sorted everything was great.

We had an amazing time thank you. I can honestly say “Debbie’s Villas” have been absolutely amazing. From my first correspondence to checking in with us when we came home. Nothing was too much trouble answering every question I had, with a very quick response time. Even when we had an unforeseen issue with our return flight they were in constant contact to rectify the issue. We have been so impressed that I have recommended them to a colleague who is look to travel to Florida.

Lovely Debbie's Villas, today I am back to work sadly having returned from Florida and our amazing holiday yesterday. We have had the best time and I cannot and will not stop recommending you guys to anyone I know wanting to go to Disney but not pay through the nose to stay at Disney. The villa was amazing, we has a hornets nest was dealt with super quick so thank you for that. Will we go back – yes. Will we use Debbie's Villas to go back HELL YES! I'm sad that for now this is goodbye. So from all of us – thank you and until the next time.

Had a great experience with Debbie's Villas. They were very helpful during the booking process and we received courtesy calls the few days before. The villa itself was fantastic, event better than the photos! Very clean, homely and had a good selection of fresh essentials stocked in the fridge for us. Perfect location in Orlando and within a secure and quiet gated community. Fantastic holiday!

Our villa was fantastic it had everything we needed, it was perfect in every way, we had the most wonderful time. We contacted the management company once because the kettle wasn’t working but they rectified this straight away. The villa was fresh and clean inside and looked newly decorated it was even better than the photos.
