“Our family had an amazing holiday…”
Just returned from 3 weeks in Davenport, Florida. We stayed in a 5 bedroomed Villa in Calabay Parc which accommodated 9 of us perfectly. This is our 10th visit to Florida and each time we have stayed in a Villa preferring the privacy and freedom they offer. Our experience is it’s always better to book the Villa independently. On the two occasions we booked through the travel company (Virgin and TUI) the villas were of very poor quality and the local agents were very slow, almost reluctant to resolve any problems. This is the first time we have used Debbie’s Villas and they would certainly be my go to agent for any future booking. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. All our questions and queries were answered perfectly prior to travelling. The house was clean and comfortable with ample seating and sun beds/chairs for 9 of us. We encountered a couple of minor problems while away and the speed and efficiency that Debbie’s Villas and their US agents resolved these was very impressive. All the staff were excellent, but a particular thank you to Kelly. You resolved a couple of issues that weren’t really your responsibility and returned emails outside office hours. It was much appreciated and meant our family had an amazing holiday in Florida. Thank you!
“Fabulous stay…”
My family and I had a fabulous stay in our villa at Lake Berkley. We particularly liked the location of the villa it was extremely central for shopping and the Parks it also had a Super Walmart approximately a 2 minute drive away which was great for supplies. The villa was spotless and was extremely well equipped bbq, coffee maker, blender for smoothies every conceivable bowl, pots and pans and picnic item you could wish for. The beds were comfy and the linen cupboard was full of fluffy towels and some for pool use also. Pool area was great and there were lots of loungers and sun chairs and the sun was on the pool area all day. As for your company I can’t recommend you highly enough as you run an extremely professional company and kept me well informed. I would have no hesitation in booking with you again as I trust all your villas are of a good standard and would also recommend you to my friends.

We've travelled to Florida many times and usually stayed in hotels. Last June we booked a villa with Debbie's Villas and we're very impressed. Great service from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well equipped and a great location close to the parks and several supermarkets. Definitely recommend Debbie's Villas if you are looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in the area.

Perfect villa for us. We needed the reassurance of booking a package holiday with a travel agent after the horror holiday we experienced previously. Debbie's Villas gave us this confidence and it actually worked out cheaper than doing everything ourselves. The villa was fantastic, it was clean and well-equipped and the resort was really nice and well maintained. We will be booking with you again, thank you.

The villa lovely, really nice, we were all very pleased with it. It was just as shown in the pictures on the website. We contacted the management company once because we had a question, they were great, very helpful.

Thank you for helping us with this holiday. From flight advice, car hire and villa it has been a pleasure to deal with you and very reassuring that one company was dealing with everything should anything go wrong - which it didn't! Had the most amazing time with our family here and the villa is very nice, would stay here again. Highlands Reserve is so peaceful and in a great location for all the parks and shops.

We absolutely loved the villa and had a brilliant holiday! We had to contact the management company a few times once because we required access to the tennis courts and the other time because we had an issue with the TV, neither were a big problem and the management company were really helpful.

We originally booked another villa with a different company but when we arrived it was filthy and we the air-con was broken. We searched online and found Debbie's Villas. They were immediately able to help us find an alternative place to stay and saved our family holiday.
