It was brilliant, lovely amazing. Funnily enough we realised we stayed just round the corner 6 years ago. It was gorgeous and just what we needed. Fab time and a fab villa!

Our villa was lovely, very clean and tidy upon arrival. It was really nice throughout, especially the outside area and the pool. This was our second time using Debbie's Villas and we will absolutely be booking again with you for next year.

We have just come back from a two week holiday and stayed at The Retreat at Legacy Park through Debbie’s Villas. We booked a 5 bedroom villa which was absolutely fantastic and accommodate our party of 9, we also booked car hire and parks tickets with them, which are a lot cheaper than any other companies. The customer service has been excellent from all staff from start to finish and were very helpful This our third holiday with Debbie's Villas and I speak on behalf of our all the family, they have mad it perfect with great memories every time. I would recommend Debbie's Villas to anyone.

It’s all good - we simply love the villa, it’s of a very high standard and super clean also. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could think of - and more! Also exceptional service provided by the Debbie's Villas Team.

Brilliant – location was great. We had to call the management company as it looked like the fridge freezer had been left open and lollies had melted but their responses were prompt so we were happy. The villa was clean and tidy and as I said before, a great location, we’d go back there again.

Everything fine – been there before, it was great, good stay. We reported an issue with the safe but they came out and fixed it the same day. We stayed in this property the year before and it’s exactly the same.

We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for two weeks as a party of 10. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and was a great size, giving our large party plenty of space. The villa really was like a home from home, with everything needed to make it a very pleasant stay. The resort was beautiful, very well maintained and was in a great location for parks, shops etc. We had to contact the management company for a minor issue, which was rectified immediately. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and couldn't do enough to help. It really was a pleasure to stay in this villa, I would highly recommend a stay in it and hope to get the opportunity to return to it again. I normally book independently, however wouldn't hesitate to use Debbie's Villas in the future, great company to deal with, any queries I had were answered immediately by very helpful agents. It was also great to be able to speak directly with agents. I was contacted prior to travelling, and provided with all relevant information, which was also posted hard copy. Then on return received a follow up phone call to make sure everything had gone well during my holiday. The welcome pack at the villa was great and provided essentials on arrival saving an immediate trip to the shops after a long journey. I would highly recommend using Debbie's Villas to book a holiday home and will definitely use them in future.

We had a lovely time in this villa. It was very comfortable and homely and in a really good position to walk to publix, IHOP etc. The pool was great and well maintained by the pool guy. We had to ring the management company re a couple of small issues and they came out very quickly and sorted everything. This is the third villa we've stayed in at Highlands Reserve and it was really nice to stay in and we all enjoyed it. We love Highlands Reserve and the great service from Debbie's Villas and are hoping to book another trip next year.

We had a great holiday; the villa was really nice and in a great location. We were all very happy and our stay was as good as it always has been when staying with you. The management company were great, we noticed that a pool screen had come away one evening, we let them know and it was fixed the next morning which was wonderful.

Our stay was great thank you, the villa was wonderful. We loved the fact that there were ice boxes we could use for days out and the air con in the games room was appreciated after a long day at the parks. Its was easy to access the property without worrying about losing a key. The welcome pack was brilliant to have upon arrival and was appreciated after a long days travel. The villa was amazing and we are looking forward to booking with you once again.
