Hi All, I wanted to send an email to say a huge thank you to everyone at Debbie's Villas for your hard work and commitment to providing the most amazing holidays and memories. We first approached yourselves two years ago and over the past couple of years, your help and support has been incredibly useful. Every email I sent was followed very promptly with a detailed reply, I was very much a novice and had no idea what I was doing, but you all supported in guiding me through the process. We arrived home following two amazing weeks in Windsor Hills, enjoying Disney Parks and Universal. We had the most magical time. Although there was a little mix up with our rental car, you supported through this and it didn't impact upon our holiday. Thank you again for the most incredible holiday, filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

We had such a positive experience. Debbie’s Villas were excellent! The best holiday company we have used. Not only did we get our holiday for a great price the customer service we received was outstanding! Any queries we had were answered straight away and someone was always available. They had lots of helpful advice. The villa we had was perfect, fully stocked and the welcome pack was a god send after arriving late that night to our villa . I would highly recommend to family and friend's . When we next visit Orlando we will definitely use Debbie’s Villas again .

We had a brilliant holiday, the villa was fantastic, it had exactly what we needed. The villa was very clean and just generally really great. The management company were brilliant, we asked If they had an airier in the property, they didn’t but offered to purchase us one which was very kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This is the first time we have rented a villa in Orlando, we previously stayed in hotels on i-Drive and I can honestly say that it won't be the last time, and we will only ever use Debbie's Villas from now on. Everything has been amazing and the villa gave us so much more space and privacy (and worked out a lot cheaper per person). We could not fault the cleanliness, level of care and the service we have received from Debbie's Villas. Five Star treatment all the way, Thank You.
“Location was tremendous…”
The location of the house was tremendous, we really appreciated how close it was to the "Disney" arch and the entrances to the Disney complex's. (one day we got back from Magic Kingdom to the house in 13 mins !) There was a Walmart and Publix both within 10 mins drive, likewise there were all the restaurants on the 192 within easy reach. Emerald Isle gate security worked really well, it was nice to be in a gated community. All the properties were really well spread out we felt both secluded and safe. The property The house was perfect for our needs, the layout of bedrooms / bathrooms worked really well for 3 separate families. The kitchen and living area were well appointed and comfortable. If there was any one comment that could be seen as marginally "negative", some of the furniture and decoration was showing wear and tear. All that said, we would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending others to book.

Thank you for this stay at such a good location for Disney too using Osceola parkway closeby. Villa was perfect for our family stay. Had a small issue but called management who sorted it within half an hour..Great service...We have just booked another Villa with you for our next stay..thank you for making the process so easy.

We had the most brilliant holiday; the villa was nice and had everything we expected and wanted. The welcome pack was very much appreciated after a long journey to. Debbie’s Villas were absolutely fantastic and so helpful, especially when we encountered problems with the pool heating we cant thank you enough. We would recommend you to everyone we know and would not hesitate to book with you again.

Having never used Debbie's Villas before, we were initially really pleased with the different styles, sizes and locations available. From booking the villa, we received ample communication from them, and even got an informative booklet with directions, how to access the villa etc before we left. We have travelled many times to the Kissimmee/Davenport area with British Airways, Virgin and TUI packages but this was by far the best of the lot. It was very clean and well equipped and in the exact area we wanted. Also, the property management were receptive when we needed a late checkout before our flight home. The prices of the villa rentals are very competitive and I would definitely recommend using this company
