It was excellent – the villa was even better than expected. We'd probably like to stay a little closer to the parks next time but it was still in a good location. We’re planning to go to again in the future and would definitely consider contacting Debbie’s Villas again.
“The villa was perfect…”
It was amazing we loved it! The villa was perfect – clean, immaculate and in a great location. The welcome pack was brilliant too. It looked like there had been some décor updates since we booked and it looked really nice. We called the management company on two occasions – once where we struggled a little with the door keypad and second where we wanted to double check the pool heat was working ok. They came back to us instantly and sent someone later to check the pool and everything was fine. We would stay here again.
“Great Week…”
We (5 adults + 3 young children) have just returned from a great week at our 4-bedroom villa (Ref WPA-41637) at Windsor Palms. Our 4th time in the area and our second time at Windsor Palms. We were delighted with the villa and we have zero complaints. The villa was clean and nicely furnished and there were some nice inclusions in the welcome pack. It is clear the owners take pride in their property. We paid for pool heating and it was certainly worth the extra cost. Our grandchildren were able to use the pool virtually every day, even when the weather wasn't too good. Where you stay when visiting the parks is always going to be down to personal preference but we like this area and with the 192 just a few short minutes away we are spoilt for choice for dining options. Animal Kingdom is just 15 minutes away. Very happy to recommend this villa and likewise Debbie's Villas.
“villa is stunning…”
We stayed in villa WATWQ-53158 a five bedroom villa on Watersong. This villa is stunning. It is better in real life than in the photos. It was immaculately clean with beautiful furniture pictures and ornaments and a lovely comfortable corner sofa. It was presented beautifully with the lamps left on for our arrival, towel swans on the beds and looked so cosy and inviting. The bedrooms are spread out around the living space so you are not on top of each over. The view over the lake is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting outside very much. The management company let us stay a couple of hours later as we had a late flight home. It’s a fantastic villa and we definitely recommend it. Debbie’s Villas were fantastic also!

We had a fantastic time here in this villa. Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, everybody at Debbie's Villas has been super efficient and the car hire and tickets were great too.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The photos were accurate. The villa was nicely laid out, and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. Liked the fact you call us before we go away and on our return to see how everything was. The access codes worked well and the people working on the security gate were friendly. Would recommend you to friends and family.

From adversity to perfection! We received a call from Mike this week telling us that our villa in Davenport that we were due to rent was now unavailable and we needed an alternative villa. Within 24 hours Mike had made available 5 appropriate properties for us to consider, we have chosen one from his list. The purpose of this report is to say that Mike was most professional and calming throughout this process, we felt we were in very safe hands. His attention to detail has been well above standard. This is now the second time we have booked with Debbie's Villas and thanks to Mike I guarantee it will not be our last. Thank you Mike, you are a credit to your company.

We had a fantastic time thank you. In terms of the Villa, we would highly recommend; clean, great facilities and good location. The welcome pack and food packs we ordered were great and perfect as shops were closed when we arrived and until Boxing Day. We would not hesitate to use your company again.

The villa was beautiful - lovely and clean and the directions to get to it were easy. We did think that the pool deck could do with some TLC but overall we had a fabulous time. We would recommend Debbie’s Villas and would consider using you again.

Villa was lovely and very clean. I’ve been visiting Florida for 14 years and this is the cleanest villa we’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed the holiday even though weather wasn’t great. Easy to get in. Got an update about the alarm for arrival. Great from start to finish. I have to say Debbie’s Villas is the most professional company we’ve used with your communication and paperwork etc. We’d definitely use you again.

Absolutely fantastic – we are looking to book again! We always recommend you to friends and family and on social media. We had to report TV not working when we turned up but they came out straight away. They also brought more mugs when we reported we could do with some more. 1 bulb not working on the pool but it didn’t bother us. Management company are on the ball and we will be coming back next year if it's available when we book.

Really lovely – brilliant holiday. Any issues we had were sorted quickly – we reported internet issues and they came with a new hub. Also reported pool heating issue and again quick to respond.
