Was perfect from start to finish, the villa was great and so was the community. We thought that the photos on your website don't do this villa justice. The management company were very nice and friendly and gave us a late check out which was really appreciated. Our original booking with Debbie’s Villas needed to be changed due to the villa being sold. They were great in terms of resolving this promptly and we rebooked to this lovely villa instead. We had a fantastic stay at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. Having been to the area 14 times over the years, this is definitely one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. It’s been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculate. We had a couple of very minor issues which were reported to the management company and were dealt with almost immediately and very efficiently. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place.

Due to a last minute change of travel plans, we booked this villa at very short notice for four nights. Debbie’s Villas communication was excellent and ensured everything went smoothly for arrival. We mostly enjoyed our stay but a few minor improvements would improve the villa. The pictures are a true representation of the villa. There was no information in the villa on arrival in terms of trash arrangements, Wi-Fi code, check out arrangements etc. Whilst not a big issue, we didn’t get this until the next morning after having to chase this. With Wi-Fi being used to keep in touch with home this was disappointing. The second bedroom also didn’t have a blind making it too bright to sleep in and the pool deck was too cluttered for our liking with too much furniture and not a lot of space to move around. Besides these minor points, everything else was as expected. The privacy screening around the pool is great and makes it feel very private.

The holiday was lovely – tiring though! It’s not a major issue but we were surprised there wasn’t a mid-stay change of the bedding etc. as some villas we’ve stayed in before in Europe have had that. Everything else was fine and the welcome pack was good. We rate Debbie’s Villas highly and will be back if we decide to visit Orlando again.

We have planned this holiday for sometime and wanted a Villa from Friday to Friday. Our first attempt at booking accommodation was accepted by another agency then cancelled, our assumption being the period obstructed two full weeks Saturday to Saturday at peak season. Debbie's Villas accepted our booking and immediately sent out a useful "Welcome Pack" providing immediate comfort. The procedure was straightforward and we were confident matters would proceed as promised. A deposit was paid on booking and a reminder for the final amount made in good time. A few days prior to our arrival Debbie's Villas telephoned to confirm the entry details sent by post had been received and everything was set. On arrival, the Villa was exactly as described, well maintained and a "Welcome Hamper" awaited us. We have been to many Orlando Villas in the past but have never received the same professional service. We have provided a 5 star rating and would not hesitate to recommend Debbie's Villas to anyone looking for Orlando accommodation.

Absolutely brilliant! The villa was outstanding we honestly couldn’t fault it. We have had a few bad experiences in the past, (with other companies) but the service provided by Debbie's Villas was excellent.

We all had a great time. There was no pool net but the management company came out that day with one. Great service from Debbie's Villas. Our kids have already talked us into coming back, not that we needed much convincing.

The villa was absolutely perfect – we loved every bit of it. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed and more. My husband and son even enjoyed a round of golf since the villa is located within a beautiful golf course community. If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the towels – they were quite worn and thin. However, this wasn’t a big issue as we simply picked up some new ones from the local Walmart. The villa itself was modern, clean, and beautifully presented. We would definitely book with Debbie’s Villas again – the service from everyone was outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Couldn't fault the villa - we were so sad to leave the villa and come home. We thought photos were a true representation of the villa. We booked with Virgin previously but we feel that Debbie's Villas service is much better and more personal - we would use you again.

The villa was great, it had everything we expected, we were happy, it was everything we expected. It was in a great spot for seeing lots of wildlife, it was slightly dated but this is to be expected as it is a slightly older rental property. We contacted the management company regarding a few small things, and they were helpful. Debbie’s Villas have been fantastic, helpful from start to finish; we wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again.

The villa was lovely, it was clean and in a nice, safe area with nice neighbours. The welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated, as we didn’t arrive until 11pm. There was an issue with the WIFI when we first arrived. I think this may have been due to the storms and when we reset the router it was fine. We contacted the management company once regarding the pool. We would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again.
