It was a wonderful villa. We’ve been a few times with Debbie’s Villas and have never been let down. The villa usually exceeds the pictures on the website. Every aspect of the booking is great – the staff are very patient on the phone and nothing is too much trouble. We always recommend your company to friends.

Our holiday was very good and the villa was lovely. It was a longer drive from the parks than we wanted though, especially with the traffic. We have already recommended Debbie’s Villas to a few friends and we are now looking for next year.

Had another fantastic stay at this villa, it is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay is close to shops restaurants and the parks. The pool area is excellent for having a nice quiet relaxing evening after a busy day. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant holiday and fantastic villa. Rung the management company once as a hurricane blew out a couple of pool panels, but this was rectified. All as advertised and would use Debbie's Villas again.

Just returned from a tremendous 14 day holiday at Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee. The location is perfectly placed for all the Disney sites (15-20 mins) and only a little further for Sea world and the Universal sites. Thank you for the information provided for the villa. Not only was it spot on accurate but aided our choice of villa. The service you provided before setting off, when we sought minor nfo on holiday and checking up with us on return was faultless. We will recommend you to all our friends and certainly come back to you for a another villa when we next visit Florida. Suffice to say none of our party of 11 wanted to leave.

We're recently back from our trip to Florida and just wanted to thank you for the amazing villa. It was exactly as described on your website and was a perfect base for the Orlando part of our trip. The communication before we left was great and the info booklet was very useful. Our arrival was without a hitch because you had ensured we had all the numbers we needed. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved the pool and deck area. The welcome pack was lovely too, including English tea bags! We had everything we needed and the management company was very helpful when we had a small problem with the sliding door. It was sorted within half an hour. Thank you again, we will be recommending you to all our family and friends and would definitely book through you if we head to Orlando again.

We loved the villa – we’ve been to Orlando a few times and this has been my favourite villa! It’s exactly like the listing on the website. The AC stopped working at one point but it was dealt with very quickly.

My family and I had an extremely enjoyable stay here. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped and we only had a couple of minor issues which we did not report. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to others. We would also highly recommend Debbie's Villas. We found them to be professional, well organised and a breath of fresh air!

I cannot speak highly enough of Debbie's Villas. From the second we booked to our return everything was managed efficiently throughout. Each time I have spoke with a member of staff from Debbie's Villas, they have always been very helpful and friendly and although it is a company, they still manage to keep the personal touch despite it being different representatives each time. We will definitely be looking to price our Florida 2025 trip with them again soon! In regards to the villa It was a lovely, clean and spacious villa internally, Equipped with all your holiday requirements. The cinema room and games rooms are fantastic to come home to and the gated community makes you feel very safe.

Everything was superb and we couldn’t fault it. There was a problem with the dishwasher but we reported it and it was fixed the next day. We would recommend Debbie’s Villas.

We were really pleased. We had an issue with a thorny bush by the front entrance and my grandson got a scratch but we contacted yourselves and the management company came out to cut it back the next day. The villa was in a lovely location and the pool was nice. We have recommended Debbie’s Villas to a few people.
