We had a lovely time, the villa was great and the location was perfect. The management company were fabulous. We called them a couple of times - just little things. We loved every part of our holiday, we just wished we were there longer! We would recommend Debbie’s Villas.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and Debbie's Villas. The villa was lovely, just as advertised, in a quiet area overlooking a golf course. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, the kids loved the pool, and it was all that we had hoped for.

Everything was brilliant and as expected. The villa could do with some redecoration here and there but the facilities, size of the bedrooms and pool area were excellent. We contacted the management company once and they answered straight away. Booking with Debbie’s Villas was great, they answered any queries we had and we would recommend them.

The villa was great, perfectly situated and had amazing views. We would absolutely book this villa again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Debbie’s Villas again, we plan to do so in a few years’ time.

PERFECT - From our first visit to Debbie’s Villas, to completion of our holiday, we couldn’t have wanted more. The choice of villas was amazing and with help and advice from the staff at Debbie’s Villas, we chose a 5 bed villa on the gated Emerald Island area. The villa we had was in an excellent location within the community, overlooking open grass, trees and lake, and not really overlooked by neighbouring villas. Such a well equipped, clean and spacious villa, plenty of everything you could possibly need. A beautiful pool area (we added heating at a reasonable cost), plenty of seating and sunbeds. The villa was an easy drive to the parks, around 15 minutes to some, 20 - 30 minutes to a few others. We arranged with Debbie’s Villas for a mobility scooter and a walker at a very reasonable price, both were at the villa awaiting our arrival, and were much appreciated. Overall, we could not have expected more and would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking a Florida Holiday, take a trip, or make a call to Debbie’s Villas, I’m so glad that we did.

We enjoyed our stay at Terra Verde very much. We didn't use the communal facilities on the resort but they looked very attractive and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere. The private pool was super warm and would be very comfortable for small children and adults alike. The view from poolside was beautiful, overlooking the lake where fishing was available. The only small negative being the close proximity of another pool cage on one side, but that's often the case in Florida pool homes. It did not detract from our enjoyment of the pool at all. The house was very comfortable and bright. Access to the property was easy (after we discovered that the number entered on the electronic lock was followed by pressing the lock button to open the front door) The welcome pack was much appreciated. No complaints. Overall an excellent property. I would definitely consider booking with Debbie's Villas again in the future.

First time renting a villa, stayed at Bella Vida and it was fantastic, immaculately presented, very nicely situated for the parks. Especially enjoyed unwinding by the pool. Great job all around from everyone at Debbie's Villas you will certainly be my first point of call if I return to the Orlando area.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful property on Terra Verde in Orlando. The property was well presented throughout, spacious, comfortable and a great size. It's in a brilliant location close to parks, restaurants, supermarkets and more. We really loved that it was within a gated community (that came with a gate guard) for that added security and peace of mind. We did have a couple of issues. The first was that when we arrived the pool was being treated which meant we had a dark green misty pool. This had to be treated again until it eventually cleared which meant that we went for nearly 2 days of our stay without pool use. Whilst this was far from ideal I can't fault the speed of Debbie's Villa's and the owners for rectifying the issue and their great communication. It also made us check out the fab community pool which I recommend doing. We were also given a late check out on our last day but the key code wasn't extended which meant we were briefly locked out; but again the communication was great at rectifying this. Overall we had a brilliant stay here and would highly recommend this villa. We very much hope to go back and stay there again on our next visit to Orlando. Tip: no clothes washing tablets provided so perhaps BYO if you plan on washing whilst there.

Holiday was brilliant - very pleased with Debbie's Villas communication. The villa was absolutely fantastic and clean, and Grandchildren/we loved the games room. Pool was cleaned twice when we were there.

The villa was lovely – everything was perfect. We usually stay on Solana and book a package elsewhere but we couldn’t get the location we wanted this time. We saw reviews on ‘It’s Orlando Time’ about Debbie’s Villas and this was our first time booking with them. We couldn’t be happier. The villa was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was great too.

We had a fantastic time and the villa was great - both pool and hot tub were a great size and the villa was spacious with everything we needed. Also a great location. The booking process was seamless and we had good communication from Debbie's Villas. Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to book with Debbie's Villas again.

Villa was great - we couldn't fault it. We couldn't get hold of the Management Company so contacted Debbie's Villas for the QR code that we had accidentally left in the UK to allow us access through the security gates. We would definitely book through Debbie's Villas again.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we literally couldn't find fault with any aspect of either the holiday or the villa itself. Superb location, close to the parks, the villa was very well-equipped with everything you could possibly want. It occupies probably one of the best positions on the Emerald Island resort in that it has a lovely view over a small lake and woods beyond that. All in all, we would highly recommend this villa and we would use Debbie's Villas again if we go back to Florida in the future.

We arrived and the villa was fantastic, it’s actually breathtaking. We called the management company as a mattress needed replacing and this was done the same day. Debbie's Villas are the people we would call if we return.

Villa was grand. We only needed to contact management about a couple of lightbulbs and they came and replaced them quickly. We’d definitely use Debbie's Villas again.

We can’t fault any aspect of the booking process or the villa. The villa exceeded our expectation from the description/pictures and the holiday was fantastic! Information was communicated in advance and at the right time; we felt the cursory call prior to us leaving was really helpful and if we’re lucky enough to be able to return at any point we would without doubt book through Debbie's Villas!

We wanted to send a thank you for the wonderful experience we had staying in this villa. We will certainly be looking at these villas the next time we travel to Orlando. The location was great, the pool was very warm, and we really appreciated Debbie's Villas contacting us to move us based on concerns they had regarding the original villa.
