All the issues we encountered at the villa were addressed quickly and efficiently. The management company were extremely helpful and responsive, they kept us updated throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the location of the villa and would gladly recommend Debbie's Villas and the management company to others.

The villa was absolutely fantastic—exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal, and it fully met our expectations and needs. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with the pool and pool deck being perfect for relaxing. We were genuinely impressed by how well-stocked the villa was. The thoughtful extras like hand wash, kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, and the generous supply of tea and coffee were much appreciated. We had no complaints at all. Although we encountered a minor issue with the alarm upon arrival, the management company responded quickly and were incredibly helpful—their support couldn’t have been better. After being let down by Virgin in the past, we’re so pleased to have found Debbie’s Villas. It made all the difference to our holiday.

We were delighted with our stay. The villa was super and everything was perfect. It was as expected from the listing on the website. We had no need to contact the management company. The area the villa was located was lovely – well maintained, quiet at night and not far from shopping areas and the parks. Everywhere was easily accessible. We would book with Debbie’s Villas again – we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We had a lovely time; we were really happy with the villa and loved the pool. We called the Management company once about the brown water coming through the taps, but it turned out to just be some roadworks and it was clear again before we knew it. Other than that, everything was fine. We would definitely use you again and recommend Debbie’s Villas to other people.

The villa was absolutely perfect, it was in a great location, clean, well-presented, and peaceful. The welcome pack was a godsend and always appreciated. We contacted the management company once during our stay because the pool lights were not working however, they came out and rectified these quickly which was great. We always book with Debbie’s Villas and wouldn’t ever book anywhere else, the service provided is second to none, everyone is always so helpful, all we can say is thank you.

We used Debbie’s Villas for the first time this year and wow, what an experience! The customer service was second to none. The range of choice of villas is exceptional, the detail for each villa and the communal facilities was very good, and the booking process was straightforward. We received confirmation of our booking and each payment we made very quickly which gave us a lot of confidence in the company. However, you only truly find out the true measure of a company when things don’t go smoothly, as happened with us, when the villa we’d chosen was unexpectedly sold by the owner less than a month before we were due to travel. Debbie’s Villas were very quick to get in touch, explain the situation, and sort out alternative accommodation for us. Mike noted our ‘must’ and ‘nice to have’ criteria then researched and offered us a choice of alternate villas - all at no extra cost to ourselves. I also appreciated the courtesy call a few days before we were due to travel, just to check we had all the paperwork and information we needed, and to answer any questions we might have had. The villa we’d chosen turned out to be perfect for us and we had the most fantastic and relaxing holiday, staying in a villa on the ChampionsGate resort. I will definitely be booking with Debbie’s Villas again, and would strongly recommend them to others. Couldn’t have had a better experience or better customer service.

We just wanted to give positive feedback on our recent stay in one of your villas, from booking the villa to then getting flights and car hire was so easy and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was absolutely beautiful, and we would definitely stay there again. We had a slight issue with the pool heating and that was rectified on the 2nd day. Great community and felt safe knowing it was manned 24 hours a day. So thanks Debbie’s Villas we will definitely be going through you guys for all our stays.

We have used Debbie’s Villas before so we knew that booking through you would remove one major worry from our holiday booking. We were not disappointed, the villa was superb. The pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic looking Villa, bedrooms all looked so inviting. The pool is amazing. South facing and not overlooked. Location is great. Not far from shops and food outlets and not far from Disney parks. The welcome pack is a godsend after a long flight. We have tried to think of something to improve the stay but cannot think of anything. We will be definitely booking the same villa again. Keep up the amazing service.

The villa was perfect for our group, it was very clean and comfortable. Having two lounge areas was great so both families could have their own space. Very well situated within easy reach of all the major theme parks. We had a small problem with some of the kitchen sockets but the management company sorted it straight away even though it was a weekend. Overall we were extremely happy and had a great time. Thanks also to everyone at Debbie’s Villas for making the whole booking/ payment experience so easy and straightforward.

Everything was good with the villa thank you. A couple of things didn’t work when we got there and the management company sorted them out straight away, they were super helpful. Debbie's Villas were great as always. We always use them and will definitely do so again.

Everything was perfect and the villa was perfect – we’d go back to that one again. The location was great. We only contacted the management company to ask about a late checkout and we were told we could have it. We were very grateful and made sure to do some washing of the bedding before we left. Debbie’s Villas were also helpful with calling us before we left home.

The villa was lovely and the location was close to everything. We called the management company once because we couldn't figure out the taps in the en-suite bathroom. They responded within 20 minutes and showed us how they worked! We would definitely recommend Debbie's Villas and will use you next time we decide to visit Orlando.

The villa at Southern Dunes was ideal for us. We were a group of 7 adults - with the size of the villa we never felt at anytime that we were living in each other's pockets. I would say to anyone that might be put off the pool when they see the pictures on the website with all the foliage around it - don't let it put you off - it doesn't block any sun out at all and you get sun on the pool all day! I would particularly compliment the villa management people - we had a severe thunderstorm one day when we were out at the parks. Came home to find that the power had been out. Discovered the next morning that the hot water heater hadn't come back on and we couldn't get it back on ourselves. We also discovered a tear in the pool enclosure. We phoned the company and left a message on their answer machine before we left in the morning and by the time we got home that night the old boiler was in the driveway and a new one installed!! The pool enclosure had also been fixed - amazing service! We wouldn't hesitate to go back to this villa and use Debbie's Villas again.

We have previously been to Florida with TUI using their villas and were disappointed with the condition on arrival as well as the fact that you cannot see what you are getting until you arrive. Your villa was exceptional and exactly as stated on the website and even better in person. It was lovely and clean and well maintained as well as all the appliances being first class especially the TV. We found everything so much easier with yourselves and communication was fantastic from start to finish especially the details regarding the villa and how to get from the airport which was all in the pack that you posted to us before our holiday. The icing on the cake is the view of the lake, waking up every morning to that was amazing and watching all the wildlife from your window. Looking forward to booking with Debbie's Villas again in the near future as you gave us a great Holiday experience.

This is our first time with Debbie's Villas, although we have been to Florida a few times before with other companies. Top marks to them, as any query/problem that we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was a lovely villa and we will be looking to book a slightly more secluded villa for our next trip.

The location of the villa was fantastic - we enjoyed being close to ChampionsGate. It was only 20 minute drive to all Disney parks approx. 45 minutes to Universal Studios. Couldn't fault the area/location. The villa's interior and exterior was lovely - high ceilings, clean and it had everything you'd need for a 2 week holiday. Highly recommend this villa/area of Orlando. Thank you for all your help with this booking, we had a fantastic holiday.
