The Oasis Exhibits
The Oasis Exhibits is one of the first areas you’ll encounter as you enter Disney's Animal Kingdom. This tranquil, shaded space sets the tone for your visit, with winding paths through dense tropical planting, gentle waterfalls and quiet streams.
As you explore, you’ll discover a variety of animal habitats tucked among the foliage. Species can vary, but often include creatures such as giant anteaters, babirusas (a type of wild pig), muntjac deer (sometimes called barking deer), wallabies and colourful birds like spoonbills.
It’s designed as a calm introduction to the park, so take your time to wander and enjoy the atmosphere—many of the animals are easy to miss if you rush through.
